Buyer Initiates Contract
Buyer enters the recipient address, package details, pays for the shipment and adds the item cost to a contract. Optional: buyer adds buyer protection add-ons to contract.
Link & Label Sent
Platform generates a contract link and a Pre-paid Shipping label for the seller. Buyer sends the link with the shipment label to the seller. The seller clicks on the link, enters wallet address and optionally adds seller protection add-ons to the contract.
Seller Ships Goods
Seller prints the shipping label. Seller puts the shipping label on the parcel and drops it off at the shipping company or hands the parcel to the Shipping company pickup personel; tracking events are monitored by the platform.
Contract Payout
Once the shipping company confirms delivery or collection, the smart contract executes automatically and releases the funds.
