Safe Trade Services is a technical interface that utilizes third-party verification technology (didit.me).

Important: We verify that an identity document is valid and matches the person presenting it. We do not verify a person's creditworthiness, reputation, or honesty. An "Approved" status does not guarantee that a transaction is safe.



3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the verification report. You agree:

  • To use the report only for the specific transaction or interaction it was purchased for.
  • Not to use our service to stalk, harass, or intimidate individuals.
  • That you will not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or bypass our security checks.


4. Fees and No-Refund Policy

Verification links are single-use digital products. All sales are final.

Failed verification attempts are non-refundable, especially if fraud is suspected.



5. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Safe Trade Services shall not be liable for any financial loss, identity theft, physical harm, or emotional distress arising from your interactions with verified or unverified individuals.

We are not an escrow service. We do not hold funds, ship items, or provide insurance for trades or meetings. Any transaction you enter into is strictly between you and the other party.



6. Third-Party Links and Technology

Our Service relies on didit.me for identity processing. We are not responsible for any technical failures, data errors, or service interruptions on their platform. Your use of the verification link is also subject to the technical limitations of the recipient's device and internet connection.



7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
