Buyer Assurance Contract

Designed specifically for Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cash on Pick-up deals. The Buyer deposits funds (a percentage or full price) into a secure contract. These funds are locked and can only be released by the Buyer or refunded to the Buyer, ensuring safety until the physical meeting occurs.

Contract Flow

  • Buyer enters amount, and optionally selects Eco-Friendly / Neutral add-ons.
  • Buyer funds the contract (Crypto/Card). Platform generates a contract link.
  • Seller clicks the link and accepts by entering their wallet address. Buyer is notified.
  • Upon meeting/delivery, Buyer manually releases funds to Seller or triggers a refund.

Shipping | Buyer Start

Buyer Secure Shipping (Buyer Created)

In this workflow, the Buyer acts as the initiator. The Buyer inputs all parcel details, selects the shipping carrier, and funds the contract before the Seller is involved. This is ideal when the Buyer wants full control over the shipping selection and insurance costs.

Cost Structure $5.00 + 2% of (Shipping + Item Cost)

Contract Flow

  • Buyer enters origin/dest addresses, parcel dimensions, and selects a shipping quote.
  • Buyer adds Buyer Protection, pays total amount (Contract + Shipping + Add-ons), and sends link to Seller.
  • Seller accepts by entering wallet address and adds optional Seller Protection add-ons.
  • Seller prints label and ships. Funds release automatically upon carrier delivery.

Reusable Shipping Contract

Designed for Sellers with multiple units of the same item (e.g., 5 iPhone 15s). The Seller creates one "Master Link" to post on classifieds (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace). Multiple buyers can click this single link to purchase individual items until the inventory count reaches zero.

  • Seller enters item cost, origin, parcel details, inventory count, and Seller Protection.
